We’re passionate about visual communication and fully
committed to helping you find the best pathway and media to get the
Darryn has a thorough grounding in all aspects of television and
video production, having worked in most production areas over the past
30 years. Previously a judge for the NZ Film and Television Awards, he
is a member of SPADA, New Zealand’s professional association for
Directors and Producers. He has had extensive experience working in both
television production and corporate DVD production as both a producer
and director and is an owner of sauce.
Chris has had 30 years’ involvement in the television, film and
corporate area and is also an owner of sauce. An experienced film
director, Chris’s skill is in understanding the communication objective
and matching this with a high quality production approach. He is highly
regarded for his ability to work with amateur talent.
Michael Huddleston (aka Hudsie)
Michael has been working in the television and film industry for over
20 years. Prior to joining sauce he worked as a freelance TV Director
specialising in documentary work. His three-part exposé on New Zealand’s
Undercover Policing programme was nominated for the Best Documentary
Qantas award in 2008. Since joining sauce in 2008 he has not only
continued to make documentaries through Sauce TV, but has built his
experience in directing commercials and corporate communications. He
brings 100% enthusiasm to projects he works on, which is reflected in
well-conceived and vibrant communications.
Hannah has spent 10 years in the commercial and corporate arena and
is the ‘glue’ that keeps all of sauce’s productions progressing on time
and within budget. Hannah manages all the bookings for crew, editing,
design and production travel. She also manages the production budget and
can provide fully transparent budget updates for clients at any time.
